Flowers4 Partners With Marie Curie With Charity Flowers Collection

Flowers4 same day and international flower delivery, announces its partnership with Marie Curie Cancer Care and its commitment to supply charity flowers for their supporters throughout the UK while offering a donation to the charity for each completed order.

Flowers4 have today announced their partnership with Marie Curie Cancer Care to supply charity flowers and gifts in support of the work they do to provide care to terminally ill patients in their own homes or in their hospices, while offering support to their families.

From April, customers and supporters of the charity will be able to select flowers from a range of six seasonal bouquets and arrangements on the flowers4 website. For each completed order a value of £2 will be donation to Marie Curie on behalf of flowers4 flower delivery service.

The company spokesperson has stated, “We are pleased to be working with Marie Curie Cancer Care on the account of all the good work they do to support terminally ill patients and this is our way of being able to support their cause through the joy of sending and receiving beautiful fresh cut flowers.” – Karl Anthony

Company resources are expected to be allocated to provide a personal shopping experience for each customer that places an order for one of the Marie Curie bouquets through the website, with the customer services team being strongly focused on individual customer satisfaction for each sale.

As an aid to facilitating donations, the order process has been developed to include a fixed donation of £2 per order from the company so that the customer need only concern themselves with the purchase of their flowers as the donations will be automatically sent on their behalf to Marie Curie Cancer Care.

In this way the customer is assured that they are being supportive of the charity through their purchase of flowers and need take no further action as the act of placing the order is sufficient to trigger the contribution from flowers4 to Marie Curie. A new feature is also planned which will allow customers the choice of pledging their own extra donation by means of debit, credit card or PayPal.

The page has been branded to reflect the Marie Curie colours representing the logo and graphics of the charity to make it clear to the customer that the page is supportive of the charity and its work. The text on the hero banner on the charity specific page reads: flowers4 will donate £2 from the sale of each bouquet to Marie Curie Cancer Care, providing people with all terminal illnesses the choice to die at home. Their nurses provide them and their families with free hands-on care and emotional support, in their own homes, right until the end.
